So this past weekend my best friend Rachel, had a girls night to officially break in her new apartment. Of course, we looked to Pinterest for a cute drink recipe and stumbled upon the recipe I am sharing with you today!
After looking through the ingredients I knew I was going to want to share this recipe with yall. Plus, it looked so pretty and girly and who doesn’t enjoy an insta worthy drink?
Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco
What You Need:
- 3 cups of prosecco
- 1 cup limoncello liqueur
- 1 cup frozen fruit (we chose raspberries)
- fresh mint to garnish
Directions:
- In a pitcher mix together the prosecco and limoncello.
- Pour mixture over frozen fruit, and fresh mint
That’s it! I told you it was super easy, right?

That looks seriously delicious! I’ve always thought lemoncello was too strong on it’s own, I think this would be a great way to drink it!

Before adding the prosecco I would definitely understand how the limoncello would be too strong, but the prosecco really balances it out!
