So today’s post is a little bit different for me, and something I usually don’t talk about a lot on the blog. We are talking about makeup today ladies and gentleman! (okay no gentleman actually) I have a hard time finding products that I want to use again, and always end up switching foundations, eyeliners and setting sprays every time I walk pass the beauty aisle in Target. I wanted to find my everyday makeup essentials, and stick with them!
Makeup isn’t my best subject, and I never know what kind of brand or product to stick with.
Lately, I have been on the hunt for go-to products that I can keep around in my makeup bag for awhile, and actually want to re-purchase. So today I am sharing 5 awesome products (at a variety of price points) that fit an everyday makeup look!
Everyday Makeup Essentials
BECCA Under Eye Brightening Corrector // So I am very self-conscious of my under eyes, and this product does an amazing job at brightening! It was a little bit more than what I normally spend on concealer but after trying it out a few times before purchasing I knew it was worth it.
Wet & Wild Contour Kit // So anyone else remember Wet N Wild from basically middle school? The brand is usually one I steer clear from but I actually love this contour kit and will definitely re-purchase. The pigment is amazing, and I love that it comes with a highlight and contour all in one product.
Maybelline Concealer // You have probably seen this concealer all over the internet, but it’s because it is that amazing of a product. Like I said, I need a product to help with my under eyes and this one does an amazing job. I buy this concealer in the lightest shade to help me look more awake.
Urban Decay Setting Spray // Thanks to a recommendation from a friend (find her makeup YouTube channel here) I bought this setting spray. This product keeps my makeup on all day and doesn’t break up any product like some of its competitors.
Benefit Primer // Anything that minimizes my pores is basically an essential for me. This primer does its job!
L’Oreal Voluminous Superstar Mascara // This mascara has become a staple in my everyday makeup routine. I only use the primer side, but have found it to be the best mascara primer out there. My lashes are pretty short, but this product makes them look super long and healthy!
What are some products you could not live without?
I just recently purchased the Maybelline undereye corrector and I actually really like it. I put off buying it for years because of the price, but I really do like it! I use it in the correcting shade to cancel the gross purpleness of my under eyes. College man.

Try the Elf contouring sets. I feel so weird using Wet ‘n’ Wild. Maybe it’s the “n” in the name! Elf has great shades and you can’t beat the price!
