I’ve been working out about 4-5 times a week at home since the beginning of quarantine! I’ve definitely had my fair share of non-motivated weeks but trying to get back into the swing of things!
I found my love for at home workouts, and have YouTube to thank for you that! I find almost 99.9% of my workouts from YouTube so wanted to round up my favorites.
NOTE: I tend to stick to workouts without any type of circuit, and I hate whenever workout videos have a ton of rest and off time. I get unengaged and unmotivated!
LILLY SABRI
My #1 gal – Lilly! I am obsessed with both her as a person, and ALL of her workouts. She keeps them fast, to the point (not a lot of rest times/ waiting around) and always so dang effective! She’s also super bubbly and motivating during her workouts so they’re really easy to follow along and keep going!
CHLOE TING
I started with almost all Chloe Ting workouts when I was just beginning working out at home. I love that she’s always putting out new challenges so you have a full schedule of workouts to follow – no excuses to quit if you know exactly what to do each day!
SAMI CLARKE
Love that her videos have background music and she isn’t always talking. Sometimes I put in my own headphones and jam and can just follow along to the tv! She has a ton of great workouts on her channel and love them all!
POPSUGAR FITNESS
My go-to for any longer workout! If I’m looking for a full body workout of 30+ minutes I always search PopSugar’s page! They have so much content to choose from and it’s always good! Anything from Jake DuPree I am obsessed with!
NOURISHMOVELOVE
Love all of her barre classes. Anything from her will make you sweat and have your legs shaking instantly!
SYDNEY CUMMINGS
She kills it at intense workouts, and workouts incorporating weights! I always feel like I got a full intense gym workout after watching a video from her.
